GETTING THE HOOKY ITCH

Discovered with the new layout in the kitchen the bright stripy Ikea rug...will fit in front of the sink now
soooo l need a new rug for the craft room something soft and fluffy and as big as the stripy one
was inspired by this one...
120 pompoms (mine needs to be probably 4 times this size though) from Lionbrand free patterns...not that you need a patterns to make a pompom, but love the idea and the colours are almost right too

But then l started to get creative and thought a chunky circle one would look good too..Something on the same lines as the blanket l made earlier in the year but much chunkier..here it is on the floor mmmmmm!...colours aren't quite right or l could have applied this blanket to a backing to make it chunkier?

 or go back to flowers again...wrong colours here but l know that would work.
May be flowers of different sizes?
At least l've been inspired to play hooky again, but l must finish the Japanese Flower Blanket (would that work as a rug?) for NooNoo first.... 
Oh! and paint my new craft table (had an idea to do a patchwork decoration on this as well) and make curtains and shorten bedroom curtains and... and... and... and......so much to finish off 

Can someone switch off my imagination..too many ideas come at once and so much to finish off first

    HEHE...you might be right Kate...l knew something would get me going sooner or later
    Should be finishing off other projects but l just needed to play hooky with the possible craft room rug this afternoon
