FREEFORM SPIKE STITCH PLAYTIME

Make as many mistakes as you like and over stitch when ever you feel the urge lovely and thick and squishy
warps a bit but just do less stitches or try a smaller hook and it should remedy any frilliness then back to increasing slowly

l think lots of them all different sizes see what they look like make a very warm blanket and
totally different form the tight regular pattern of the granny square

more organic.....mixed with some of the puffs maybe?

If l can find them that is..
one of the lost projects in the craft room!!..oops

or l might apply it to the stripy piece from a year ago that l never made into anything but found in a box the other day?
or maybe l'll stick to the exotic flowers....
or simple flowers of a couple of weeks back...
who knows where it's going but right now l must keep my promise and do a it more on the ripple blanket
a promise is a promise!!

PROCRASTINATION
Did a bit of research on procrastination this morning and you are supposed to do just a bit towards finishing something you have started even if it's just a few minutes
SOUNDS SIMPLE...don't you think?
anything to get ALL THE WIP finished
forgotten how much fun the exotic flowers l made about 9/10 months ago are
and huge too
But back to the ripple at least for an hour!
xx

RANDOM SPIKE STITCH UPDATE
By 8 at night l'd made one or two all different sizes to join together some how!!
think all this colour has gone to my head hehehe

  7. I love all your work. It's so beautiful.
I was wondering, on the striped blanket, is there a pattern for those flowers? I am not good enough at crocheting to design my own patterns and I have been looking for a flower pattern such as that.
